TEGENPLEINEN METROPOLITAN AREA AMSTERDAM HOOFDDORP

In December, MSolutions Real Estate registered for the Tender of the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer for the completion of approximately 120 homes on 5 Ha. in plan Tegenpleinen

Our team consisted of MSolutions Real Estate and 2 partners, urban planning agency BPD. Khandekar and architectural firm Op ten Noort Blijdenstein (ONB). Of the 18 entries, we passed the selection and met all the criteria. Unfortunately, we did not come out among the 5 “winners” during the draw.

For us, living is not just about development, but especially about people. The living environment is determined by the target group, to which the development must be service-oriented. We use a working method that can best be described as a Professional Private Commissioning. Together with the residential consumer, arrive at an end product that is sustainable, beautiful and good, driven by demand, but with the necessary knowledge and support from professionals.

We would like to wish the 5 fellow developers success with the further development of the plans and hope to be able to give substance to a liveable and sustainable living environment in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer in the future.

Below you will find additional information about the 2 partners with whom we participated in the tender in Hoofddorp.

Architect:    Op ten Noort Blijdenstein (ONB)

Lars Zwart, senior architect ´For me, architecture is like a unique story, of a place, of people and atmospheres´.

Such a story must be appealing and provide an answer to all kinds of sometimes conflicting wishes and technical requirements. It leads to a design powerful enough to survive the stubbornness of construction practice. There is then a building that people recognize and appreciate. That’s a sustainable building! Lars Zwart has been working at ten noort blijdenstein as a senior architect since 1998. He is involved in various housing projects in which sustainability and energy efficiency are central.

Urban planner: BDP. Khandekar

Jeroen Bleijs, urban planner, architect, associate

Jeroen Bleijs graduated as an architect at TU Delft in 1992. He then worked at various urban planning and architectural firms before joining Khandekar Urban Design in 2001 as a senior urban designer. He has been an associate at BDP Khandekar since 2008. With his communicative abilities in words and images, he knows how to link creativity, strategy and realism.

Jeroen Bleijs is responsible for a large number of varied projects, from small-scale integrations to large-scale expansions and Master plans. He has specialized in the design and project management of complex urban plans. This often concerns the revitalization and transformation of old industrial sites, care areas and inner-city locations. Examples are Tilburgse Spoorzone, ‘t Laar in Julianadorp and Beverwijk Meerplein.
