The total building plan contains a mix of 38 single-family homes and 104 apartments, which have been developed in 2 phases by MSolutions Real Estate. The apartments are located on the Louis Armstronglaan. Mid-2017, the start of construction of 1st block (19 single-family homes and 52 apartments) and 4th quarter 2018 the completion. At the beginning of 2019, the start of the 2nd phase (also 19 single-family homes and 52 apartments).
